Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy

1. Check in: 11 a.m.; Checkout: 10 a.m.
2. All rooms are double occupancy [whether or not both beds used]
3. Bookings will be confirmed only after full payment of accommodation charges
4. Only one extra bed allowed per room at an extra Bed Charge of INR. 900/- plus tax as applicable.
5. No charge for accommodation for children up to the age of 6 years, unless an extra bed is taken which will be charged at the extra bed charge as above.
6. Public holidays & vacation periods are charged at weekend rates.
7. Day Guests visit may be allowed at the sole discretion of management, with applicable charges.
8. Please note that by law: Every Individual must carry a valid Government photo-identity proof while checking in (Voter ID Card/Pan Card/ Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/ Passport). For Foreigners/ NRIs/ OCIs: Passport, visa & 1 passport size photograph are compulsory.
9. Food is not included in the room tariffs. Dishes of the day and a la carte menu (please allow extra time) are available at the restaurant. Guests may kindly provide meal preferences [Vegetarian/Non vegetarian] at the time of booking/ arrival.
10. Outside food is not permitted.
11. Mild liquor (Beer, Wine, and Sparkling Wine) is available at the hotel. Alcohol purchased from outside is by law not allowed to be consumed on the Hotel premises.
12. Pets are not permitted
13. Loud Music is not allowed.
14. Free Wi-Fi in the restaurant and library area.
15. Extra facilities such as laundry, telephone, etc. are available and chargeable.
16. Tea and coffee facilities are available inside cottages. TV/ mini bar is not provided in cottages / rooms.
17. TV hall, Activity Centre, and Library available for guests.
18. Games/ sports facilities [ children playground and splash pool, badminton, volleyball court, basket ball, cricket net and equipment, croquet, table tennis, cycles, yoga mats, chess and board games etc. ] available at no extra charge.
19. Special facilities and tours [horse riding, bullock cart rides, visits to local attractions, nature tours available on prior request]
20. Pickup and drop available by prior arrangement at extra cost.
21. Conference centre and lawns available. Please contact us.
22. For Weddings, Parties, Events, Day Picnics, Film Shoots etc. Please contact us.
23. Rates are subject to change without prior notice [unless payment already made].
24. Please take care of your cash/valuables or keep them in our safe. Management cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to any items not specifically given to reception.
25. Rights of admission reserved.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

If we are for whatever reason unable to provide the accommodation for which an advance has been paid, we will refund any advance payment made within 7 working days and with no further liability In all other cases any advance payment made is strictly non-refundable & non-adjustable whether or not, for whatever reason, the guest is able to avail of the accommodation booked However, if written cancellation is received by us at least 2 working days prior to the date of stay, AND we are able to sell such accommodation, credit for an advance given may be granted, [subject to the sale of accommodation initially booked] for another booking within a period of 4 months.
