DIRECTIONS
The island of Manori lies on the northwestern shore of Greater Mumbai.
Car Route (via Borivli-Bhayandar)
From the Western Express Highway
- Turn left (west) at Mira Road, cross the Western Railway line, and proceed to the T-junction at Bhayandar village
- Turn left, proceed 4 km, cross bridge and pass through Dongri village.
- 2 km past Dongri, turn left (south) onto Gorai/Manori Road.
- Turn right at T-junction before entering Gorai village, pass through Gorai.
- 3 km further south, look for the Manoribel sign.
Via Marve Ferry
By Rail
- Take the Western Railway suburban train from Churchgate to Malad.
- Catch a taxi, motorized rickshaw or bus (Route #272) to the Marve ferry.
- Cross the Marve Creek by ferry to Manori.
- Take a tonga or rickshaw, or walk to Manoribel.
